What is the difference between Rights-ready, Rights-managed & Royalty-free Images?
  Rights-ready offers you broad use categories with flat-rate pricing. The license is tied to an end client and a project. The end client can use the image for any need within the selected use category or categories for their given project.

Rights-managed images are licensed on a use-by-use basis. The fee for using the image is calculated from several factors including size, placement, duration of use and geographic distribution.

Royalty-free images may be used multiple times for multiple projects, regardless of use. Royalty-free pricing is based solely on the file size of the product you need and the number of people entitled to use it.


Is it possible for you to contact the photographer and research a particular image for me?
  No, we do not. Adroit Photos offers detailed descriptions of each image on our site. All of our images are royalty-free and non-exclusive; therefore we do not contact photographers or research images for our clients.


Please Explain Stock photography.
  Stock photography means existing photography that can be used for print and web ads, in materials ranging from Books to magazines, websites, brochures and packaging as well as in a large number of custom applications as per the licensing terms to which the photographer and buyer have agreed. By using such type of images, you can save the time and expense of a custom photo shoot.


Where all I can use Adroit Photos Images?
  As per our Licensing Terms, you can use them in the following:
• Web sites
• Multimedia presentations
• Billboards/banners
• Packaging/labels
• Business letterhead
• Brochures
• Business cards
• Office decoration
• Public areas
• And other cases as outlined in our Licensing Terms


What kind of sizes do your photos come in?
  They can be had in four different sizes, Small, Medium, Large, and Supersized, all of which are included in a basic subscription membership. Each image has size information detailed underneath the chosen image.


Am I allowed to sell the images that I download from Adroit Photos?
  No you are not allowed to do so. You are only allowed to use them in design elements, but not offer them for resale or distribution.


Am I allowed to share my username/password with friends/colleagues?
  No. As per our Terms and Conditions, only a single user is entitled to use your account. In case you wish to allows more than one user apart from yourself, please get in touch with us.


How do I subscribe?
  Simple, just visit our Subscription Link and pick the subscription plan that you find suitable to your liking.


What type of currencies does Adroit Photos accept?
  We accept in Indian rupees or in USD.


I forgot my PASSWORD, what do I do now?
  Relax, just fill in the details in Forgot Password column and you will find the details of the same will be mailed to you within a couple of minutes to your e mail. Just log into your mail, click what mail has come from us and you will get your lost password.


How do I Log In?
  You need to have account in order to log in, so please SIGN UP (it’s free) if you have not signed up already. Once you sign up, you will receive an email at the email address you used in signup. Please check your email and click the link there in that Activation email. There are times wherein you might have already logged in, but not aware of it. In such a case, please see if the message "My Account" has appeared on the screen. If it has, then it means that you are already logged in.


I have signed up, but have not received my Account Validation email. Why is that so?
  It could be that the E Mail could have gone to your Junk email area. Please look into the same. Else you must have entered the wrong email address or forgot which email address you used when you signed up. In such a case, just shoot us an email and we'll sort it out for you to your satisfaction.


I have a problem that the system won't charge my credit card. What could it be due to?
  In the first case, please verify all of the information that was entered, including the credit card number, expiration date, and cvv (security) code. In case, all is ok and the credit card is still being declined, then you need to contact the company that issued your card for more information.
